Patrick was kind enough to take an after hours phone call and guide me through what could possibly be wrong with my older dishwasher (effectively diagnosing the issue) I had a working dishwasher by the end of the night. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using him in the future for any appliance needs!

So far Patrick has serviced our appliances twice, once for our washer and once for our dryer. Both times he was both very professional and got us back up and working in a timely manner. We will definitely call him back out if we need any more appliances serviced.

Patrick did an excellent job installing our new dishwasher at a very reasonable price. I mentioned that the ice maker on our fridge wasn't working and he researched and fixed it, as one of the wires controlling the ice maker was not connected anymore. He spliced a new wire in and now we have ice! Highly recommended!!!

Patrick saved me thousands! He came out and fixed my stove top. He found out it was just a switch that was bad. He ordered the part and came back out and fixed it. Now I can have Thanksgiving at my house with all four burners working!!!

Patrick’s attention to detail is amazing.

I broke the knob on the washer, tech Patrick at Good neighbor appliance fixed it quickly and effectively. He has also been handy with kitchen and bathroom sinks, busted water lines etc.

As I was buying a drier repair for someone from out of town, I wanted to make certain I found the right small business as I had nothing to go on but Google reviews and some intution. While contractor services who help you find a vendor can be helpful, I opted to look for something more direct and right away found the name, Good Neighbor Appliance, a very appealing and old school idea so decided to give it a whirl. Owner, Patrick, was very responsive, courteous and in the end went beyond the call of duty in terms of making a fairly simple repair not seem overly complicated or expensive. It was one of those broken things that one can sort of live with, but falls through the cracks and seemed to never get done, so finally it is, and making life a whole lot simpler!

Patrick talked to me on the phone for at least one hour for diagnosing what was wrong with my dryer overheating and how I might solve it. I found out it was a plug pipe. He told me what to order on Amazon, and I ordered a cleaning brush kit. I cleaned out a lot of the lint that was in the pipes, but I could not get to the roof exit port to unplug it. Called Patrick and he said don't worry, he'd be out the next day. Came at 8 in the morning, crawled out my 2nd floor window and cleaned out the flapper on the pipe, and the dryer is completely fixed. I would recommend his service anytime for anything. He is an honest and well-qualified technician.
